The Continuum will be built on 22 plots of former freehold residential landed home sites along Thiam Siew Avenue in District 15 of Singapore. These sites, comprise of 263,794 sqft total land area with 2.8 plot ratio, were sold for $815 millions ($1,440 psf ppr) to Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments through public tender in November 2021. It was the biggest collective land sale transaction in 2021.
